YES, THEY ARE Jim. And both are different from a criminal trial(again, obviously). And that actually you mention it, Trump's counsel SHOULD have been present during the House Proceedings, though as we know the Totalitarian Democrats - the House writes the rules and has the sole power of impeachment - DENIED their presence(just one of a number of highly unprecedented and highly unfair matters as a part of their unfair process). The House Democrats - led my Messrs Pelosi, Nadler & Schiff - have brought immense disgrace on themselves. Completely deranged by their desire to remove Trump by any means necessary, they have failed in their duty as the Legislative Branch, not to mention National Security matters have suffered greatly also as a result of this obsession. The only thing they represent is a refusal to accept and adapt to the changing reality. They are stuck, screaming and shouting, while the rest of the world is determined to move forward. However, it is their choice. And it will be every American's choice come November of this year.

NOPE. House proceedings are to IMPEACH. Senate proceedings are to decide whether to REMOVE as a result. Both are trials. The verdict in each case has different implications though(obviously).

Yep, mic, spot on. And dare i say corporate Democrats would rather see the Don re-elected than see Sanders or Warren take the hot seat. Everyone knows the lengths the DNC will go to rig things the way they want it - 2016 leaked emails showed that, as well as corporate Democrat media which doesn't give a fair shake to many of the candidates, in terms of airtime, manipulation of graphs etc.

Split down the middle, and likely skewed by that Politico poll(possibly the Economist one too) which in no way can be accurate. I also remember the Fox poll referenced was shown to be bunk in terms of those polled. Add in the 'Trump factor' - ie. those polled don't always answer honestly - presumably because they don't want to have to handle all the 'Love' they'll receive from über tolerant liberal types should they reveal their support for President Trump

Jim maybe you counted on other people not checking that link, but I did. That polling data refers to support for an impeachment INQUIRY. Nothing to do with support for removal from office. Of course by the end of the 'inquiry'(translate:witch-hunt) the numbers supporting removal were falling, and falling FAST. Not a single Republican voted for impeachment, and a few Democrats opposed it(one even changing his registration to Republican). An absolute farce. Bipartisan opposition.

Jim all that graphic proves (IF indeed it is true) is that there is an immense double standard at play, for no reasonable person could argue that the discrepancy could be so large, given that the opportunity for corruption is pretty equal across the board once you get elected (doesn't matter if it's as a R or D)

What is clear(and has been beautifully exposed) is that a large part of this is political activists masquerading as neutral have been exposed for the bought and paid for snakes they are.
