Please remember when looting and burning down your communities, nobody comes and fixes it up and all the business owners leave for 50 years, I told you so.
I think you may have meant W not V. I grew up in white suburbia yes but that doesn't mean I didn't learn from the school of hard knocks. I have 70 years on this Earth and nothing surprises me any more. As for shock yes I just saw this story and found it an incredibly rare incident and thus blog worthy.
In the 12 years or so of reading your blogs I have never once seen you say anything positive about a conservative or a Republican while during that time I have watched you slobber all over Obama and Bernie Sanders which leads me to believe you are disingenuous about being an Independent or you are just flat out ashamed to really admit that you are a flaming lifelong Democrat.
I'm 70 and my birth Father is still alive at 90. Both his parents lived into their 90's. If I am lucky enough to have longevity like that in my genes I have 20 more years of voting Republican to go.

Too many of our medications come from China. (over 90%) With something as important as our health, most of the drugs should be domestically made. The last 3 administrations sold out our pharmacies in favor of cheaper prices from China. Time to bring back manufacturing in this country.

Darn right they should. They can't eat in restaurants and they can't go through drive-thrus to get their food yet they still manage to get the job done. Amazing people.
UV How did you know. I get out of the Air Force in 1973 when my mother passed away. She took care of her Mother, my Grandmother and that's when I took over. I took care of her until 1981 when she moved to Oklahoma where my cousin took over. I moved there in 1982 and we shared her assistance until her death in 1991.
