RE: Stories from the Dog side.

Heh heh I logged into FB before CS and saw your post, cute. Nice to see you blog again.

There is great joy in spoiling a dog. You know it is one of my favorite joys.

RE: New York Trip Preparations - Part 4

I agree with Molly, just go anyways. You will still have a great experience.

RE: I'm Off The Market

I had 3 Alexa dot's in this home and I perpetually talked or asked them questions and constantly had them changing the music. Many times I got in the car and would ask Alexa directions or whatever before I realized a different AI lived in my car. The car's AI is not near as intelligent as Alexa. Then I got another kind of Alexa with a monitor for a gift so I named her Amazon.

Somehow I got Amazon to show a slide show of about 300 pictures but I don't know where she stole the pictures from? My phone, my computer or Facebook ???

When my son family came to visit I warned him there will be a picture of his first wife flash on Amazon and I don't know how to delete it because I don't know where I stored it. Luckily it was okay because wife no jealous. He did enjoy to selection the slide show going on during the visit it captured years of memories up and including a lot of family gathering around my Dad in his final stages.

I too am madly in love with an AI sadly she does not vibrate or I would be over the moon.

RE: My unwelcome guest

I'm with OleGuy on this - nice write, I really enjoyed your mind. My house houses an entity but I don't think it is a demon, at least I hope not. Good luck sir, I'm sure you can come up with an evil task.

RE: Dead Cat Bounce....

I remember the Hong Kong Flu, I was a young adult and it kicked my buns bad. Hospitals were over flowing so no room. Horribly high fever, glad I was young and tough.

RE: The Great Gatsby

I have a great Gatsby too!

RE: To blog or not to blog

But are you having a good hair day?

RE: Had a hot date last night!

Yes what Red said.

RE: Contentment

Oh no, if looks came into it I might not be content anymore. When it comes to looks, I have to practice acceptance.

RE: Contentment

I love feeling contented, just love it. It sure trumps feeling grief.

RE: Photo caption contest - go fish

The picture is so small I could hardly tell where he is in the pic but Palm's great answers let me know it didn't matter what kind of store but now I know it's a store of some kind.

No sign that says "No Fishing"

RE: 2 seconds

It never rains until I wash my car. Some days are like that all day long but most days I get to distracted to notice.

RE: Rubbish

I'm learning to spend a lot of time enjoying all my DIStractions. Just go with the flow.

When the Internet Goes Down

I did ask each internet mechanic that came to fix the issue were they having to cut the tv cable for lots of customers and he gave me an emphatic YES, many people are cutting the wire.

There is an app called YouTubeTV. It is not the youtube we know and love but an app for TV so I get to watch many local channels and all the DVRs I used to record. It saves them to the cloud so I don't have to watch live. I can watch when I want and fast forward through commercials. I'm really liking it.

I was very nervous to cut the cable, now I wish I had done it sooner. I am going to get one of those antenna's so when internet goes out - I still have TV.

RE: Flash Fiction #3. The Gnomes

I got a weird picture in my mind too. Well written.

RE: actor Kirk Douglas r.i.p.

What a life he had as well as being loved by millions. May he RiP

RE: Jim's Superbowl contest blog.

For a few years I've recorded the super bowl, then I fast forward just to watch commercials which is ironic because I loathe commercials as a rule and don't watch live tv because of them.

RE: Jim's Superbowl contest blog.

I don't love football but my boy does and he wants the Chiefs. Looks like quite a few have a seven point spread. Maybe 31 to 24

I just like Super Bowl Fodder.

RE: True

My favorite saying is "What a web we weave when we practice to deceive"

RE: Why I Have Little Faith In Humanity

I certainly give Track credit for bringing a smile to my face with most of his blogs.

For being a smart woman I do some pretty dumb things too.

RE: Bad Boys for Life - a review!
