I'm not a huge hiking fan so a month is a long time, however two of my husbands I would of chosen A and gone with them because we had fun on anything we did and we were great about keeping up our end of the bargains.
I remember a synthesizer in my living room when one of my husbands started a recording studio in the 70s, he may have heard of a theremin but it's a first for me.
Even when I sleep late I'm up before the rest of my circle of friends and family. Weekends hardly have any more meaning now that I'm retired (for the most part). I can'r use the excuse to leave early anymore about having to work the next day.
I can send you a cyber hug, a bob squishing tight one as I can relate to feeling helpless watching my Mom in so much pain from falling and dislocating her shoulder plus everything else that she hurt.
I will also drink a vodka and send the salute to you.
As much as I love to cook, I found it a bit daunting when I spent two weeks being responsible for my folks dinner. I didn't know everything they liked or didn't like and coming up with stuff to cook I just found that a bit daunting. If they told me what they wanted that would help but all they would say is I don't care or I don't want that.
Realizing we can fly solo is very gratifying though in all our duties. I do miss having someone around that is tall enough to reach the top shelf for me but a step ladder works.
I like those big lazy water elephants. Forget what we call them but they are very protected and in most of our waterways. I can't believe I forgot what they are called, they are huge, slow and very docile and I'm having an airhead moment.
We are a product of our own waste, glad to see something being done about it. You don't have to pay for a bag if you bring your own. It is not a big deal to me.
Oh I'm crazy mad about Pho soup. Pho is also on a big rage around here. I introduced my brother to it and he was crazy about it but his wife is not a soup person.
Pho is all about the broth which taught me a whole new world of spices.
I have a large family full of love and laughter when we get together. A good circle of friends old and new. Just retired from a job I loved for over 20 years, I love to play lots of games - yeah I vote that life is Fun!
