Yeah, old people tend to crank up the heat. I remember walking in my grandmother's house... "Geese its like a sauna in here grams." 73 would be sweltering for me. I never let it get over 68, and at night with heater off it's quite comfortable at 50 with lots of blankets. Chat don't you at least cuddle up with the wife under the covers to keep warm at night?

Seriously tho! I'd question a person who states " I'm not going to give you praise." I'd directly ask them why? Like you, I don't seek out praise but I sure do remember the little incidental praise I've gotten from women over the years. It's important. That's downright sad she said that to you.
Agree and well said. I knew a woman who put a key word in her profile and said "When contacting me use the word Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious" She told me most missed that one word when writing her, proving they never read her profile. I said to her, I don't know, maybe they just didn't know how to spell it!

Wow things have changed. When I traveled to New Zealand the only thing they asked me was " Have you been around any cows?" And I actually had to say yes because I had one at the time. Nancy flunked geography.The U.S. is in the northern hemisphere. If you went straight through the earth's center, you would end up in the southern hemisphere, nowhere near China. You would end up in the Indian ocean southwest of Australia. To bad she didn't dig a little deeper when she took her trips to the beach.
