There's a roofing materiel called 'asbestos' that was widely used in the UK for years, but has been banned since 1985 because of the associated health conditions. It used to affect the lungs and I know of two (older types) who used to be builders in their day, who got 'asbestosis', and died from it.
Ridiculous that these substances were/are hazardous to people's lungs... A bit like when they used to hand cigarettes out like they were sweets to children!
There can be so many innocent looking things poking out, that nowadays are actually very harmful. (Air fresheners, perfume, artificial aromas!)
All artificial chemicals that are bad for the ecosystem and a human body! Take care,
It's a good thing that you are the way you are and this blogging section is a free platform for anyone that chooses to use it, not just for political bores or people who repeat the news which we've already seen!
Your English writing and grammar is superb so take no notice of the put-downs and keep being yourself!
This is really good and (my opinion) expresses the points of greed and maybe the fact that, people should stop taking so much before everything's gone, they'll never see it happening anyway!
She was a Native American wasn't she... They were in touch with nature and very spiritual, gentle souls deep down... You have that as well (sometimes) methinks! But I'll try not to mention politics or religion!
Thanks chat! I don't get many of the recent female singers because they all sound so manufactured and so alike. Being British I like the old rock type stuff from the seventies to the nineties, real bands with people who could play instruments and sing without the need for a talent show behind them!
Even Lemmy from Motorhead mellowed, especially when he lived over there! I tried to upload one of his but it's not happening - yet!
It sounds like another symptom of people spending too much time on the internet and not meeting up in real life like they really should do. It's cowardly and why should you care about them if they don't care about you?
Hoarders are a pain in the neck! My father is one and I dread sorting through all his past gatherings! They say that hoarding can stem from a traumatic event such as a death or divorce or whatever - it can make people cling on to the material things too much and lose track of what really matters...
I know it sounds hard but if it's not well loved or useful, sling it! (in an environmentally friendly way of course)
RE: Yup
Just to relax you maybe! Take Care!!!
