yes that happened to me a lot when i sleep on my back and then u feel like a ghost is sitting on ur chest! or this also happens to me, if i wake in the morning and go back to sleep i go into a deeper sleep like fighting to wake up, thats why i always set my alarm even on my days off from work or even if i take an afternoon nap cause im scared i cant wake up

it differs from person to person , their are no rules books or guide lines to follow, also if u are in the same country u cant go on dates before you know ur a "couple" if u both are in different countries then the only dating u can do is via skype and communication is vital! so many misunderstandings can happen via text msg(sms) and then if u really want things to work one has to move to the other! but it takes a lot of time,energy and patience and money
