I think the important part/question is are you satisfied with your work. Two things I find important at work; one, my wages secondly, mental satisfaction for what I do. Getting the feeling of being valued at work makes the second part way more easy (and makes me change how I look at my wages) but I don't let it depend on them. I look at it as being my own boss. Can I turn around by the end of the week and say to myself that was a good weeks work ? If I had to pay myself would I be happy to do so ? I don't really care if my boss is happy. I wish they were but with the environment I'm in I'm nothing more than an easy replaced cog of little value. So I have to give it value myself, make me happy regardless if they are or not.
For the second part and what they say, it is part of Philippine culture and it is alien to me. Looking from this side of the globe it sounds so old fashioned. Creating unnecessary pressure where there shouldn't be. (a Filipino man in his 40s, it would be a waste not having a wife nor kid ? something tells me that would never be said)
Cant help you with courting or dating advice but if you have to wear the old fashioned cloak of spinster, wear it like a fashionista !
Since it's an 007, I assume you shake the bottle well and hard before opening ..? "Shaken, not stirred" ..?
Whenever you do drink it, enjoy ! Have to disagree with rizlared. The day you'll get served a good one you will know immediately. No if's no but's.. Had the good fortune once to indulge on the one below one xms time dinner. No idea how many bottles each we polished off that day (and no hangovers the next day) There was a pink one, a rose, we started with that. That was very nice. yum A flavour that is stuck in my memory ever since, loved it.
Googling the picture some prices did show up. Holy flying cows... we drank it like lemonade, at £200/l that's decadent Nice, tasty, but decadent anyways, enjoy!
Joint military drills between Belarus and Russia are nothing new. Last one in August They have an alliance after all. Those troops most likely will go home. Unless there's a dramatic change in Belarus with its current mass protests. But even then, unlikely they stay. If there would be Russian troops, they would be unmarked. An alliance or not it wouldn't go down well if they weren't
