Red I bought a new mattress about 6 months ago, a memory foam thing, omg I hate it. It won't let me roll around and as it gets hotter it gets worse, its so bad that I can't move in the morning
Thanks Rob wish I'd known that before. What got me was I'd sent two parcels a month before and no problems or extra taxes, where I'm concerned brexit has caused a lot of problems so in the grand scheme of things this is little
Oh I'll definately know better for the next time apparently if the present costs less than £39 its no tax. And yes next time ill hunt around for someone going back to the uk for Christmas. I was just gobsmacked at paying tax 3 times.
I cry at weddings, funerals, Christmas movies, Saturday movies, Disney, when people are kind, but I've only ever cried over one man, my husband when he died.
Over 50 didn't change much apart from a few health problems, but over 60 wow I sat down and reflected on my life and now don't put up with anyone else's crap. Now I live my life for me and a few others if others don't like it that's their problem harsh but my life is better for getting rid of other people's crap.
Sitting in my spa knowing all my friends and family are fit and happy. Eating an ice cream with the sounds of the birds and bees in the jasmine overhead. Just sheer bliss.
I took early retirement 15 years ago, started a new life and not looked back but omg its hard physical now, very large garden and lots of socialising but best thing I ever did.
Been ghosted a few times on this site so it's like water off a ducks back. But I did look it up and apparently people who do it have psychological problems so yes I just think I dodged that one
RE: French protests over the retirement age
Wouldn't like it, the normal protesters are calm its the rent a crowd causing the violence.
