It would be rare if that happened as one party might just "squat" .You usually have to wait for the bank transfer to go through before you can move in to any property you are buying. There is no-one in ours as they have already moved out, but I can't move until all legal documents have been sorted and contracts exchanged and a removal date given.

The last search is in so just a matter of time now.

P.S Keep off the smokes and well done so far . Gave it up 21 years ago now and hate the smell of them.

We wish. I don't know about other places but here in the UK conveyancing can take an age and since the pandemic even longer due to people working from home.

I'm very optimistic so being patient and down sizing like mad.

Looking at a blog and reading it's content is ,for some ,a natural draw to the very person who has penned it.

Being selective is the choice you have as to whether you respond to it's content or not. We are all strangers until we meet on this site, so why allow a complete stranger to have influence over you and your thoughts.

Yes one can respond ,and yes some will attack, even those who seek to guide us with their own personal ideology.

How you deal with it is your choice and yours alone as you have the control of your keyboard.

It's all out there for anyone to read and I'm pretty sure the Spanish Health authorities would be down on them like a ton of bricks if the facts were untrue.

As many have commented back to you ,are you now a recluse? Who does your shopping as Edison remarked ,apart from other places that you will be amongst vaxxers that don't have a sign saying vaxxed on their foreheads.if you don't want to mix with vaxxers? Come into the real world.

It's ok if you don't want a vaccination ,but I do wish you'd stop spreading your own supposed insight into what effect it has, or will have ,on those that have .

Its called freedom of choice .

Wondered where you had got to.

Any singles site whether free or otherwise will attract people from all walks of life . Personally speaking if I was looking for a partner ,I would prefer to meet them socially not on a website but as you say sometimes remoteness has it's problems.

Some of my friends have suffered shocking experiences on singles sites,so the chances of meeting Mr. Right are few and far between I guess.

I have an Emporio Armani which is waterproof though not a diver's watch and I had the same problem when it was first given to me ,but I just get the battery changed as and when and keep away from water.

It does need a clean but at almost £200 a pop and sending away ,I just keep it ticking over if you'll excuse the pun.
