My country's history stinks Luke but one hopes that we have moved on from our past .
I understand to a degree about U.S influence but some people choose to put my tiny country in the same bracket and assume that we too hate all things Russian. Yes we have supported Ukraine,but so have many other countries across the World.
I do still think that Putin is in it for self gain and you have to wonder where all his billions have come from or does that not bother you? No good shouting down the fat cats if you are one yourself surely. I also don't think he'll stop there either to be honest.
The whole World needs a bloody good shake up and start to learn to get on . Won't happen in my lifetime if ever.
Think back over Russia's past and the ridding of the Tsars ,whom Putin now glorifies. I think he sees himself as the new Tsar of Russia and it could lead to his downfall. How did he become so wealthy ? Has he truly got the people of Russia's interests at heart or just his own?

You really need to play catch up and get your facts right. Wonder why so many refugees are still coming in to the U.K by the boat load from all over not just Ukraine. Many of those given temporary visas have left he country already and returned home or were you unaware of that too.

Life may be liveable but it doesn't necessarily make it acceptable. My own life is comfortable but there are many in this country and indeed other countries who struggle to make ends meet and much of that has to do with this war and it's effect on everyone's economy.

You seem to be very good at coming up with solutions re Russia v Ukraine so why don't you put it to Putin and see what he thinks of splitting Ukraine in half and where the dividing line would actually be. Actually go and ask the people of whichever region he decides to have and ask them if they would mind being under Russian power.
