Also timotie if i have headaches for more than a couple of days, i have 2 days rest of ingesting food and drink plenty of fluids. gets rid of toxic in body and a full rest.

Start again by eating smaller meals and plenty of food with cultures in.

Yep here in England if you have problem and want to see a doc you have to send pic on phone first, or wait for him-her to call you and talk it over to see of further steps needed.
