So here are the bits Putin wants under the Russian umbrella as far as I can tell: Krim pinensula, Kherson Oblast south of the river, Zaporizhia Oblast south of teh river and the whole of Donetsk Oblast and Luhansk Oblast. He is holding most of it per today. I don't think he intend to go much further west than that, unless to keep bargaining cards on hand.
Well if 1/3 of our inhabitants was Russian and we'd been bullying them for some time we might get visited by an army (literally speaking) of T90's as well. I have asked myself, If Putin rolled in here of some reason (never gonna happen) should we shoot at them or ask questions first. Me I would like to ask some questions. Like "hi what do you want?"

I notice Eu, nato, Washington and the lot do. Only they don't rally... u see that partnership gains the west as well as the Kiev elite. So, that partnership that cost so much for the Ukrainian, people will go on sadly.
The idea is to make her think what my suggested resolution may be, and what it entails, instead of calling me names. Could it be that "my" two state solution is not so unreasonable after all taken the circumstances into account. It was good Shawn. There was more peace within. Less feeling of being excluded or forgotten. Rather the opposite. We knew "they" were out there and we imagine "they" were waiting for us to show up to join in on the fun, and basically felt welcome. Butch, I know the ukrainians are not any bad fighters. Nor are the Polish. Basically any eastern european guy is quiet man to be reconed with. Used to manual labour often and in general pretty stirdy folks. Problem is, Russia is close to unbeatable once dug in like this. Kiev is showering manpower at this, wasting away young lives.
Can you name me the exact location of these successes? Name of villages, area. Where are they headed too, where can we expect the advances next? I'll take a look at google maps if you just tell me the latest wins for the Ukrainians.
