Law and order is more about order than fairness. Like pleasing most mots of the time. Mispleasedness will accour. Just pray nobdy gets locked up unfairly.
From what I could gather of 7m inin investigation on how it is here in Norway (not sure if that is relevant, but that is all I got..) seems the law itself in certain type of cases (often family and child protection cases) decides if court preceedings are to be cept prtivate (behind closed doors)- however it seems both parties can request it but then it must have either some foundation in law or be based on special reasons that to me seems to be of a personal character. The last part there is unclear to me, so invetsigate that further Itchy.
Seem the law itself decides on cloesed doors in certain cases.
