IG, I agree with you, I too felt as though the relationship was really about him, so I withdrew. As for some people not caring enough to be compassionate with their words, that was how he behaved.
Exred, I do see the truths in your comments. Covid and Aging have had a major impact upon how we function. With the extra time that has resulted, and probably the 'distancing' from too much physical interaction, serious effort must be put into doing more than just everyday tasks.
A bucket list seems a good idea, even at this stage in my life...
"So basically no fear here, but I'm a bit more slow to jump in .... cos I wanna make sure it's not a waste of time. And that is a biproduct of getting older. Almost ironically thou... that one waste years then making the right decision.."

At first, I wanted to say "Eeeyeww! No way", but then I thought about it some more. With the right freshly-picked seasonings and other spices that we have and use in abundance (in T & T especially), those sad looking worms would look and taste soooo good that I'd forget they were worms. So, yes.
Glad it did, Jenny. Good news like this is always so refreshing.

"EV stock No. 1 to avoid like the plague in 2023: Tesla The first electric-vehicle manufacturer to actively avoid like the plague in the new year is none other than the world's largest automaker by market cap, Tesla (TSLA -0.94%)."
That's a copout, a way of maintaining profit whilst overlooking the car's inefficiencies. What? So, wouldn't the 'victims' still have to deal with the problems? They need to recall those that are defective and fix what's wrong before making and selling more. He could certainly afford to, then the better redesigned/remastered ones would actually be worth buying.
It’s not only WHAT you say, but also HOW you say it…
Too bad I didn't think about saying that to him, at the time. Hilarious!
