She was taken into some kind of space capsule but never left the earth. Although she was going through the galaxy and landed on a planet called "Vega" that she had contacted, she didn't have any proof. And noone believed her!
But...she was gone 18 hours and they had a recording of it.
Would an extraterrestrial civilization, a lot more advanced than we are, need to use a spacecraft to travel to other universes or dimensions? They should have developed other techniques to travel, since Time and Space only exist in OUR reality.
The film "Interstellar" comes to mind. Also "Beam me up Scotty"
Anyway, my view on area 51 - which was only revealed recently - was used to conduct experiments. I believe the Governments (the Cult) have been cooperating with some ETs (the Greys). However, they might have changed their location now and they also have other sites
