i was married once and at the time i was a christian it was the most difficult thing i had ever had to do . sometimes you have to do things for you to help yourself . i wouldn't worry about the relationships with gods they know everything about you .
the short and simple version magic is like a gun a person can use it for good or bad . rest easy tho there is always a way to break a curse . but to answer your question no i wouldn't date anyone that used magic for bad things .
i'm not real picky on physical traits but personality traits that i seek seem to be rare . i may not be able to spell but i can whistle dixie while eating crackers and covering one eye .
