The central theme is that there are those who BELIEVE they are independently thinking, when in reality they are being misled by foreign influencers and that it is time to change, unless they are on the side of corruption and notorious negative influencers like Vladimir Putin. Perhaps some of the guilty wish to continue spreading misinformation and/or silencing the truth by their own deception. However, despite implications otherwise, this is not a political blog.
My condolences on the loss of your purr pal. With lifespans much shorter than our own, we are destined to go through this remorse repeatedly, if we keep getting pets.
c - Thanks. I'm glad you enjoyed them. I try to stay through the first snow storm to get a few 'winter wonderland' photos each year. But, it doesn't always work that way. Regardless, the "reason" I did not overwinter in FL this year was the pandemic. I should be there next year.
Actually, that's what vaccinations are about. It primes the immune system, so that it more rapidly destroys the virus before you get the disease. It is a way to MORE SAFELY and MORE RAPIDLY achieve herd immunity and decrease the spread of the virus.
I've not been impressed with the prices of goods on Amazon. With the volume of business that they do, I would have expected them to be better at that. I've yet to buy a single item from them. In addition the drivers seem to have little care as to where they leave the package. And they do just leave it without even knocking to let you know it's arrived. My neighbors complain about this weekly.
I believe she means cut down all the way to the level of the ground.
If they got to a dangerous height, hopefully they will plant another tree in the place of each. One that does not grow as high. In some cases they remove trees, if it is diseased.
I didn't like the canned laughter either. But, if the jokes/situations were funny, they were still funny. Thus, I just ignored the canned laughter. I was definitely a fan of Seinfeld, Barney Miller, Frazier and Cheers.
T - Robins are year round birds here also. However, with snow covered ground one doesn't see them frittering about so much on the ground. Plus, people seem to associate robins with spring, which is the real reason I mentioned them.
m - thanks for the lowdown on the various groundhogs. But until they broadcast daily, I believe their income will best be gotten elsewhere. Yes, a lot more needs to be done before climate change will be stalled, or hopefully reversed. Obviously, more upgrading to renewable energy usage is part of that, as well as recycling the carbon dioxide into solid forms.
