hi Kasih The memories do stay, its how we deal with them that helps or prevents us in moving forward. For me, I acknowledge the bad memories & let them go without dwelling on them, but draw from them the lessons learned & move on
The good memories, again, I acknowledge them, draw from them the strength, laughter, joy they contain, then I move on. Our memories are a record of past life. They can assist us in the healing & moving on, but we must not allow them to take over our current or future life.
