but .....I have a landrover discovery in my driveway , its unlocked , its 2 years now and no one has tried to take it ....I think word has got around that it as a dead ignitor ...

no ....not now ....the government have sold out to China , you can get a working visa for 5 years if you have money and can bank it here or buy land you can stay longer ...
