I’ve heard that skinny people are cranky because no food for years. Actually people have made women self conscious about how much they eat for so long of course some will only order salad and gaze longingly at dessert during dinner. They can’t win.

A man is stocky, a woman is...you get the pic.

The post about asking privately for the pic is best, then it is her decision on whether to provide it. Of course there are dating websites that feature this type of interest.

Yes, it is our choice to eat carrots instead of pop tarts, no question.

It’s the ever constant temptation which is hard for many to resist....that is why schools are concerned over cafeteria menus.

Crazy, it wasn’t the blog itself, it was the ruffled feelings and upset that came from not understanding his (the OPs) intent.

I agree, all sizes are great, for one size does not fit all. ....as far as health, part of the problem is the food industry, they should put a brake on all the unhealthy fattening food dominating grocery shelves and concentrate on healthy choices.

But no, greed prevails.

I see what you are saying Molly, and I met someone online who wrote something in his profile mirroring this observation of present society’s relationships in his profile. He said he was looking for someone to spend the next few years with: when I asked him about it he said he was just being realistic as relationships were so disposable these days and because as you observed most people have more than one partner in life. “Most” is arguable.

In any case, this view of the future of a relationship does put quite a hamper on the main idea of finding someone we can love snd grow old with. Plus the fact that as we do become older it becomes harder and less likely we will find someone.

Just a few thoughts on this highly commented blog..hope I’m not repeating another poster as I couldn’t read every post.
