RE: Weirdos

shades of a doorknob, session! laugh head banger And very true for this situation.

cheers hug

RE: PLEASE GUIDE ME

Replace all negative thoughts with positive thoughts...many sources of uplifting, love filled thoughts to ponder on...do the same with energy...negative energy is a strong generator of negative thinking. cheers hug

RE: why do women want babies?

Women are (generally!) loving and nuturing, and who needs more love than a newborn baby? Probably biological too.

RE: Weirdos

Dalkgirl, hmmmmm...."everyone on this site" would mean you too...another weirdo...what are you doing on this site, you weirdo?

laugh cheers teddybear

RE: Wrinkles ….

Ready to get rich? laugh

Invent an iron that works on skin.

RE: ROBERT PALMER...

geesh he passed in 2003. I really need to sleep at night instead of roaming the blurry blogs of csdom. laugh

RE: ROBERT PALMER...

What happened? dunno He really had a style. I loved the underlying beat he built into his music.

RE: CAN I PROVE IM A CHRISTIAN? TRUE SON OF THE LIVING

" One thing if you are looking for an example in people they'll let you down time and time again."

The Christian is called to be a witness or reflection of Christ; Ruben had a valid point. Christ called Christians live a holy life...if they won't or can't, who can/will?

What I personally find hard to deal with is judgemental Christians who believe they know it all and constantly correct others because they believe have a personal hotline to God other Christians don't. Problems don't go away by denying or ignoring them - believe it or not, unless they are Christ Himself they don't have the authority to be anything more than another soul saved by grace.

RE: Hide and Seek

awww....well, you can always come out more in the forums and blogs...email a "hi" to a guy...put a profile pic with a smile...

I am here mainly for blogs and forums, but there are a lot of great people here. It's why so many of us keep coming back. hug cheers

RE: Bringing You Back - Song

I am sure your mom did not want to leave you, so there is no reason for bad feelings toward her. "bringing her back" in memory is a good thing, if you would search deeper to find her more in your heart and experience. bouquet teddybear

RE: Confused

I would tell him what you wrote here, how you feel, and if he doesn't respond, he is not someone who truly cares about you.

Its understandable if he needs time to get through his deep grief, but he could at least explain what is going on in a truthul manner so you don't suffer (or hope!) needlessly. sad flower bouquet bouquet bouquet

RE: OMG Don't Tell Me He's Back!

buttered toast? I don't see any. laugh

RE: OMG Don't Tell Me He's Back!

so it all gets swept under the rug? Isn't that like life in the real world?

sometimes people are deleted that shouldn't be, in cyber "wars" it takes two or three or four to tango.

The virtual door is still open...people often come back under a new profile. Cs can't take fingerprints like the FBI.

I hope things go better for you this blog, Tom...if you're clean, lol. confused

RE: Chinese girls are materialistic

I think in general "people" tend to be materialistic. It's cross gender.

RE: beauty pageant question....

You r right...Tomo did not include any pageant questions. laugh Certainly that is a very important part of the selection process. thumbs up

(I always thought the chicken came before the egg...but of course that leaves the problem of chicken pre-existence, lol.)

From Wikipedia: tmi

Without some very serious scientific intervention an egg cannot be produced independently of its parent's body, whether that parent is a chicken, a lizard, or a spider.

So the chicken had to be there first, for the egg to form. Scientific researchers published a report confirming this, although their research is more concerned with shells in general: eggs were produced by the earliest egg-producing creatures millennia before chickens evolved.

Reason would also show that the chicken came first because of the methodology of evolution. An egg cannot occur unless a bird, or in this case a chicken, is able to lay that egg.

However, the question of whether the chicken or the egg came first can never really be answered: it is unanswerable. One can work out which came first, because one caused the invention of the other, but when we look at life forms in general we cannot say with any degree of authority whether the grass seed came before the blade of grass, or whether the bird came before the egg - hence the question. dunno

RE: seeking

Not this "shirt" stuff again. As long as you think a woman is a shirt you will probably never find her outside of your closet. laugh comfort

RE: wow! I never thought to look!

swiss. you are probably right about those dynamics...just like if there was someone who was more beautiful, etc. Men complain that women go for looks/money but they discriminate just as harshly, if not more harshly.

I don't agree that men don't want women over 30, though. I have had men interested in me through every year of my life, including my current old age, lol. There are millions of women over 30 all over the world enjoying love relationships. To say they should forget about love does not correspond to the reality, even if most men desire the youngest women they can get. laugh

RE: wow! I never thought to look!

Don't you think it's possible these 40 year old men who put 18-45 may not be "looking" for an 18 year old, but wouldn't discriminate based on it?

You are right that it could very well mean they want the younger the better. But it could be they are just being open about the age range.

RE: If I can't get a smile, take my business elsewhere

ah! those irritated customer service personnel who earn a salary to help you (their lifeblood, the customer) but they don't want you around, lol!!! They are everywhere...and it's your fault they had to get up in the morning, you know. laugh cheers sad flower

(by all means, go somewhere else...they really don't deserve your business/money)

RE: RADICAL FOX NEWS

RE: Back to the supermarket . . .

And just how do you get her phone number that quickly in the check out line? confused I've seen people in stores that look like they want to get to know you but no one knows how to make the first move (or at least one that will last after checkout).

RE: GOD

No, you are not God. That is where "grace" comes in...we are able to do things we couldn't naturally through God's grace.

I do find your friend's statement a little confusing, though. confused

RE: Afraid! tsunami will go to the phillipines

here in California we get 6.8 quakes, but a 8.9 quake must be horrific. Prayers were said your way. bouquet

RE: Good women wanted!

I don't see any tuxedo.

RE: u are not my type

Yes, as others have posted, don't take this comment to heart. It is often used in familial conjunction with "it's not you, it's me," meaning the other person doesn't think you're a match. In their awkward way they are trying to be kind (instead of saying you are too tall, too short, not blonde enough, and so on) ...a cousin of the age old refrain men dread hearing from women they love: "I can only offer friendship."
