yes, i had a wonderful Christmas, full of fun with family church friends as we all celebrating the birthday of our Savior Lord Jesus Christ...It was an overwhelming joy for all of us who were in the church and in our church friends houses and gathered together to celebrate this Special season of the year that is always dedicated to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ...

yes, it is true...when you grew up in a place which is sunny and then you moved to another place which is cold and snowy, you will see the difference of the 2....To be in a place which is snowy and cold, for me is nice and fun if only in a short period of time but to be living in a place that snows almost all the time, oh no...i indeed prefer to be living in a sunny and warm place...but pls not the desert ok.... ....hahhaha...thats hot....

To be the follower of Jesus Christ, you must have the number one requirement of God, and that is the " Faith " and with that Faith, you must have "Work"...which means, whatever good work you have, it must be in accordance with your "Faith"....Beco the Bible says, " Faith without work is dead " and "Work without Faith is also dead "......They have to come side by side, hand in hand and working together and cant be separated.... ... ...( James 2:17 )

what i know about people who are bipolar is that....If they are happy, they are extremely happy BUT if they are sad, or down or upset, they are extremely having such feelings that when no one is aware of that, this can be suicidal to that person who is bipolar....

It is not a desease but that is hereditary.... ... ...

I guess, that's human nature, to judge someone even though they dont know the person at all.... ... ....Even though, we all know that it is absolutely wrong thing, but people didnt think that way at all....... ...and so my philosophy in life is, RESPECT YOURSELF FIRST THEN OTHERS WILL RESPECT YOU TOO..... ..... ... ....

im not sure if i have met someone who is fake but all i know is, whether he is fake or not but at least im true to myself and to anyone i have talked to...at least i can look face to face and eye to eye as there is nothing to hide....If he cant be true then this person should think what was the last thing he said to the last person he was talking with.....lol.... ... ...becoz lies and pretendings will not go a long way and will not last either....

RE: DEALING WITH DEPRESSION- You are NOT alone.

I believe too that depression is normal only and only if, it wont take many days nor weeks nor months....We all have that but some people dont notice that they have that feeling actually until it gets serious as they ignore it and until one day they wake up and feel that they want to end thier life...and not only that, this will be the time you will start asking yourself what for you are here on earth, what the purpose is being here...With all the burdens and trials we have and because you are feeling depressed, you might end up thinking that there is no reason for you to live which is ABSOLUTELY WRONG...WE ARE WORTHY TO LIVE AND ENJOY LIFE....In that case, thats indeed serious....You have to talk to someone whom you can trust and speak up of what you feel....Never keep those uncomfortable feeling by yourself as it will become worst...You need to release it and by doing that, you will feel better eventually.... ..... ....
