I once wrote a story about a field where different flowers were arguing over which flower group would take power and reign over the field of plants. The carnations won for a time. They were known as the REIGN-CARNATIONS!
Also, you ever hear of Veja Du? It’s when you’re doing something, and you suddenly discover, you’ve never done that something before. Weird, huh?
Seems no one, err not enough people ordered the pay per view, nor bought a seat to the once in a decade event. So, it got cancelled. But hey, at least you saved 5000 dollars on the bet.
Maybe the contest will take place at another time in the future.
I once (okay, it happened waaay more than once) wrote to a lady who I told her, she was semi-pretty for her age and weight and 10 marriages and drinking problem.
She wrote back, “Stop! No! Just no! Don’t ever scroll my profile or write to me again!”
I think it’s most difficult to be completely Positive All the time, because at times, being too positive, only to be let down by an expectation, outcome or unexpected situations can crack into our shield of positive.
However, learning to deal with disappointment and bad situations, trying to find a positive where there may not be one at the time, is all we can do.
A little insecurity is not bad. It’s what keeps athletes to be better, and it’s what makes people keep reaching to be better, more successful and more positive.. although, we may be allowed a short time for sorrow. Then, right back on our feet and feeling positive.
I’m doing okay. I hope all is good with you. I don’t put too much emphasis on eating, although I should. But, when I get the time, I know how to make a few dishes I like.
Sometimes, simple recipes are better than anything more complicated.
Now, I’ll have you know I’m a 1/64th innocent, sort of respectable kind of guy in my own mind. I’m also faithful and devoted, half drunk and I never lie if I don’t have to.
All stores, grocery, automotive and so on have been charging for bags, plastic or paper, here in California since late summer of 2017.
It truly serves no purpose other than stores making extra money. People still pay for the bags, and those people on food stamps get them free.
The plastic bags still get out and trashed, circulated or dumped wherever. The only way to truly get rid of plastic bags, if that’s their mission, is to just STOP making them.
Be careful when opening restroom doors. If the person had let out gaseous air, you could have opened the door and one whiff of that, might of made you a bit woozy, dizzy, nauseous for a moment or a while.
Some ears ago, I was an organic donor. I grew tomatoes, radishes, strawberries. My dogs would water them and fertilize them with their natural waters and fertilizers.
Then I'd donate them to people. All natural grown.
I've had the similar problem for a few days. Can't open mail, blogs without comments, can't log out of the site.. when using a iPad. I can only do so on my phone. I let CS know, but nothing repaired yet
