First of all it cracks me up what hypocrites non Christians are to celebrate Christmas; especially atheists. They can make any excuse up they want but it's a Christian holiday.
The same people fighting against anything Christian all through the year, are the same hypocrites that are celebrating Easter and Christmas.
I don't worry about it. It's kind of the in thing to not be into God and that's cool. For those of us that are it's a great holiday and I support it through churches.
No one has gone to prison for saying Merry Christmas so that's what I say.
So Merry Christmas and Happy Hanukkah and happy new year!
One suggestion is to make sure you stop picking guys like this. This guy didnt' change overnight; he was always this way but when you were dating you chose not to see it. Women need to take responsibility for the guys they date. It's easy to blame just the guy.
Second you need to take this seriously. It's been 3 months and you still put up with it? thats' strange.
In the last 6 months in the bay area we've had 3 girls under 30 murdered by ex's; another one who's ex murdered her and her daughter after they moved, and a nursing student who looks like was murdered on her break by the crazy ex of a guy she's seeing.
Get a restraining order. I can't believe an adult would let this go on so long. You shouldnt' be talking to a dating forum, you should be talking to the police.
This is why I dont date girls with crazy ex's. Something isn't right.
I think some of the stuff you say is good but Obama's health plan is NOT what he wanted. The original health plan had no HMO's. We dont need them. They make billions to trillions of dollars and that's where the health care dollar is going along with drug companies.
And it's easy to blame the media but Sarah Palin and the Tea Party gave a nation wide campaign against Democrats saying giving several gun references.
I have relatives in Arizona and Palin and the Tea Party paid for billboards with Gifford and her sector on being seen through gun sites. This was before the shootings. The media had nothing to do with that.
The problem isn't listening to the media, it's listening to political parties. Im' a democrat but I dont go around blindly backing them because some of the things they do are wrong or stupid. We've become a country where 2/3 of the country are mindless drones that blindly back those in their political parties.
People need to think, vote, and become informed and not be so biased towards their political parties. It's a cop out to blame the media.
He wanted to get rid of insurance companies; you and the Republican party didnt'. Insurance companies are now the most corrupt business entity with BILLIONS stolen in scandals including teaching employees on how to delay claims or not pay them it all. Look it up it's documented.
The Senate is still controlled by the Democrats.
California had 8 major elections and 7 went to Democrats and one is still open.
What is more socialist than giving corporate welfare and bailing out big business? Bush did that. Bush gave away more money than ANY president in history; and it wasn't close.
In fact under the Bush regime we were actually a physically communistic government for one month.
Anyone blindly following EITHER party is un American, and not very bright.
Bush lied and put us in a war that costs trillions of dollars and that we cant' win or get out of; purely for profit. He put us in the worst financial crisis in our history. The courts are now flooded with 4th amendment lawsuits during his office run.
Don't let the facts get in the way of a good story.
No; less women have kids because of the culture we live in. Some never want kids where in the olden days all wanted them.
Has nothing to do with medical reasons or the environment.
We also live in a very pretentious society. it's the "in" thing for people to go to fertility clinics. It's huge business. We live in a I want it now society and sometimes having a child takes time and happens when you dont expect it.
You are only 20 years old and just the fact that you are talking to men on a dating site wanting their attention and answers shows you are not ready for marriage.
you are doing the guy a disservice and the mature thing to do is to just say you want to date.
You love the benefits of being with a good person but you hate to have to do anything for it. Classic thing for someone your age.
You are still at the age of being way too selfish and into yourself.
Until you mature and realize that it's just as important what you give to someone than what you get, then you are not ready.
He deserves to have someone mature enough and into him enough to enjoy caring about him and giving to him. He deserves better and you need to go out and go sleep around and have fun. You are not ready to be married. He is
YOU'VE GOT TO BE KIDDING; lol; Beck is a blow hard ultra conservative that wanted publicity. Where was he when Bush was destroying the country?
Conservatives controlled the white house for 8 years with Bush and we are in the worst financial crisis in 80 years, and civil rights have been pushed back 50 years.
We are in a war because of lies; "mission accomplished". The Mexican Amnesty agreement was even supported by Bush which would give illegal aliens that work here social security benefits after just 2 years of WORK! We have to wait until 65! Even some Republicans whined.
While they voted against nationalized health care and for HMO's and insurance companies; Republican members of the house and senate ALL unanimously voted to keep THEIR nationalized health care!
Bush twice voted to decrease benefits for veterans; my company now has to give services and products for free to some veterans because of it.
Where was the mindless Beck during all this? He was silent because he only attacks Democrats.
Beck and many others that support him ARE UN AMERICAN! You only back Republicans, will only attack Democrats and you are like cult members.
The best was Rush Limbaugh ripping on our new health care plan and saying he'd go to Costa Rica because they do it right. THEY HAVE NATIONALIZED HEALTH CARE!
We dont' need health insurance companies, and we dont' need mindless people who worship their own political party like cult members.
Ben; thats why Americans are so dumb and they dont get it. They are more for their political parties than they are for their countries.
A politicians goal? to get re elected. BOTH parties are bought off. The HMO's assigned 5; FIVE lobbyists per voting politician to buy them off.
Special interests control the U.S. and the U.S. people are beyond dumb. They don't get that we now have NO INDUSTRY, NO WAY OF MAKING MONEY and now are not the superpower we once were.
Until big businesses like HMO's, big oil, and many corporations stop buying people off, nothing will change.
And then politicians laugh because there constituents are so obsessed with their political parties that they wont do anything to change it.
We should vote EVERYONE out of office from both sides that doesn't want campaign reform.
1. Get rid of lobbyists 2. Campaign reform 3. Limits on campaign spending; I think all public office commercials should be free.
I agree with many of the posters; some of us get taken advantage of and sometimes we have to say enough.
Friendship has to be equal and when it isn't it's just not healthy.
You don't have to respond. When someone calls you that only calls when they need you, ignore them. Then weeks later give them an email saying you hope all is well.
I've been a Christian for a long time and the best way to share God is to be real. Some of the most popular and powerful Christians in the world have also been involved in the biggest scandals and have mislead thousands.
God 101 is to let your life and actions show your love for God; not a bunch of religious preaching.
Yes but there needs to be balanced; we also get healed by people supporting, loving us, but also knowing when to be nurtured and given compliments, but also challenged.
We all need those in our lives that will just not shower us with praise and sweet words, but will also give us a kick up the backside at times too to challenge us and motivate us.
Many cultures have elderly people and even young people that follow traditions that may not seem rational to others, but they are deeply rooted into them.
The American Indian male in the 1800's felt that if they were near death they would say goodbye to his tribe and go into the forrest or caves to die. In their culture it was normal.
When we are young we think we are smart and know a lot; we tend to think our thoughts are perfect and that we know it all.
As we age we realize we don't know it all and we become more tolerant and sensitive to others feelings and beliefs.
Your grandfather was obviously a good man and cared much for all. And remember his love isn't based on writing a book, or doing things.
It's just being a good and kind person and doing the best you can in all situations. That would be the biggest honor you can bestow upon him.
No but are they always wrong? Neither side is right and both sides have made many mistakes; there are also those that don't want this to end and their hate fuels this. The u.s. should stay out of it either way.
