Well… Such kind of attitudes can not hurt us, can they? Yes, they hold these attitudes, but the Earth is still rotating, we are still living happily and enjoying our life. We can still pursue our pursuits, fulfill our values and achieve our dreams. So just ignore them.
And if the guy who dates you holds such kind of attitude to you, you can kick him out. He is not worth your sincere love.
To be honest, educational background is very important in shaping one’s world view and life view.
And to be fair, educational background can not demonstrate everything. In some cases those who don’t get much education may know more things while those who get higher education may act like fools. It depends on what kind of people they are and what attitude they hold.
And it is not about xenophobia. It is about prejudice. There are always some reasons to such kind of prejudice. Maybe, I guess, in their real life, real world, they seldom meet good Russian women or good oriental women. It is a pity that who they meet in their real life are just “those” women… so they think all of us are like “those” women.
Even in the poorest places there are some excellent people, and even in the richest places there are some silly people. So there is no absolute right or absolute wrong. It had better eliminate such kind of hated or discrimination. Respect, tolerate and be friendly, then things will be better.
