I don't now but it happened to me once, here in CS. I was logged off and went to bed for the night. A nice guy who I'd been emailing with in here, IM with another site, and even talking on the phone, saw that it said I was logged into CS.
When I checked my CS email in the morning, there were about ten messages to me from him, first saying, hello??? are you here? Then, I see you are online, why won't you answer me, and it went on to accusing me of deliberately ignoring him.
Needless to say, things did not progress, it goes back to finding out how possessive some guys can be.
I am sorry to say I have done that. I can't explain it. It just doesn't feel like it's completely right. No one wants to hear, "Let's be just friends" expecially men. This is what my 24 yr. old son told me. He said "WHY do women think guys want to be just friends? They don't"
I feel badly for anyone I've hurt, but so early in this acquaintance/friendship, how can someone be THAT hurt?
As for honesty? I am afraid to be so cruel, so I just back off.
Sometimes the other person seems really clingy ad I feel suffocated, I don't like being asked a lot of questions and I hate hostility when I don't feel like answering. This has happened to me so many times, I don't even want a relationship anymore.
