RE: I'm crazy? No you people are:

Yes, Angel, the title could have been more in keeping with the rest of the blog. I concentrated on the meat of what he was conveying, instead of homing in on the title. To each his own. I happen to agree with Vipone that people are making themselves miserable trying to live the life he described. You don't agree. That's perfect. No wrong and no right. I think it was you who brought up judgement. I always think it's funny when someone "plays that card" as there are very few of any of us who do not judge something. In fact, to judge that someone is judging is a judgement, is it not?

RE: I'm crazy? No you people are:

Angel, I agree with you. Everyone has the freedom to choose how they want to live. I did not hear Vipone judge anyone. He was making a comment about a way of living. Much different. Of course, people get to choose, but do they? Or are they doing what they do because someone told them they should do it that way? This blog is more about discernment, to me, than about judging people. This way of life that he describes is insanity, but I defend anyone's right to live the insanity if they so choose. wave

RE: One cup of tea

Mr. Pitts, you crack me up!laugh laugh laugh laugh

RE: imagine a world where women are the bread winners.

Mr. Pitts, sweetie pie, I love you!!kiss I was referring to the blogger, not to you. I know what you were writing... it would be nice to just live and not have to strive and struggle, wouldn't it? I wasn't even thinking about your comment at all when I wrote mine. Sorry for the miscommunication!

RE: I'm crazy? No you people are:

Amen, Vipone!

RE: what women are looking for on here?

Thank you, Yash. As always you bring clarity to these blogs.

Of course, no one is one dimensional, except maybe TOL and Thad. We know that all people have many facets to their personality.

There is much research that clinical depression is on the rise and will continue to epidemic levels in the next 10 years. So Lighten Up! Laughter is the best medicine.applause applause

RE: Why women don't want to cook, launder, wash, clean

"You have to get a laugh "TOL!" If we don't find some humor in it, we'd be vindictive & mocking some of these unacceptable behaviors some of them present for selfish reasons."

You "would be vindictive and mocking"? I have heard nothing but vindictive and mocking from you two.

It is getting clearer and clearer that you live in your own little delusional world. The majority of women are not as you depict them. If the types you describe are all that you two attract it is because of something YOU are not bringing to the table.

RE: Why women don't want to cook, launder, wash, clean

Venus2010, just lucky and smart, I guess. laugh

RE: What is the best age for women to have kids for th

Whew. Well, some good news and some better news on that one for me! Thanks Adam, taco man!!kiss kiss kiss

RE: What is the best age for women to have kids for th

I had mine at 34 and 38. They are fine.

RE: What is in your closet?

Drea, maybe he thought you said closest instead of closet?dunno

RE: i dont get it

Mr. Night, your wisdom is greatly appreciated! We women have been brought up with the fairy tales too. The indoctrination that we are damsels in distress unless we have a man come in to save us. Maybe that is where all that neediness comes in.dunno

Anyway, as we get older we realize that we can only save ourselves. As we become more whole from the inside out, we are better equipped to have equal and fulfilling relationships. Nothing wrong with the knight in shining armor sans the armor. hehehehe But to me the knight is a man who is noble and trustworthy.

Thanks for your comments all!!!teddybear teddybear

RE: One cup of tea

Who are YOU kidding, Mr. Pitts? If you have the wonderful relationships with womankind that you say you have, then you know what Drea and I say is true. Why else would you hide your eyes?! Sorry, you can't fool me.

And as far as ogling, I am not saying a stranger should come up to me and look deeply into my eyes, what kind of goofy statement is that?! I am talking about a man with whom I am having a relationship or am beginning a relationship. What woman on Earth would want to go out with a man on a date and not have him look at her?!

As far as profile pics go, it is a sign of hiding to not show your face, your whole face. But you can do what ever you want, of course. Just don't try to snow us with that bs.smoking

RE: YOUR FAVORITES QUOTES

Drea, Love those quotes. About sums up how I feel on a daily basis! laugh laugh laugh

RE: One cup of tea

Ah, Mr. Pitts, you have revealed much in that last comment.laugh laugh laugh

So letting us see into your eyes makes you feel quite exposed and vulnerable? No worries. If you are most comfortable covering your beautiful peeps that is fine.

Women fall in love with men's eyes. Did you know that? Perhaps that is why so many of you hide them. When a man smiles and looks at us and really sees us, it feels like the sun is shining right out from his eyes and into our hearts. That is why we feel it a priority to see a man's eyes. And probably why we feel they are hiding something dubious if they do not show them. JMOhug hug

RE: What is your greatest discovery?

The greatest discoveries are inner ones, for me. I must say though, I agree with Adam as well! Some great people on this site. Very fun getting to know you all!kiss kiss kiss

RE: One cup of tea

Well, I don't "know" Vin Diesel from Adam, was only comparing the way they look. Maybe it's just the picture?

RE: My wife

In what way will that make you satisfied?dunno dunno

RE: imagine a world where women are the bread winners.

Mr. Umeakuka, when you are able to bear children then we will become the breadwinners. Just who is supposed to raise the kids? Actually, my biggest issue with this blog is the word "parasite". Wow! Still have men out there who place no value on the hardest job in the world! Motherhood!

RE: ~The Cold Chill~

Gosh Yash, I couldn't find any reference to Scientology in your comments. confused confused confused

RE: One cup of tea

Mr. Pitts, you do have a marvelous nose. Thus the addition of "handsome" to the Vin Diesel comparison.

RE: SNOW

It was amazing how fast in came down and started piling up. This morning I looked out and it seems like we didn't get that much here, maybe 4-6 inches. But the kids have a snow day so they are very happy!!!

RE: YOUR FAVORITES QUOTES

So many to choose from. Here are a few from Mae West

"He's the kind of man a woman would have to marry to get rid of."

"I'll try anything once, twice if I like it, three times to make sure."

"I generally avoid temptation unless I can't resist it."

"Anything worth doing is worth doing slowly."

RE: YOUR FAVORITES QUOTES

Andre, I love that one from Bill Hicks! Here's the vid:

RE: What is your greatest discovery?

My greatest discovery is my next discovery. Just like Robert says. idea

RE: What is your greatest discovery?

Fascinating! Worms!

RE: One cup of tea

Mr. Pitts is a lovely man, isn't he? He reminds me of a handsome Vin Diesel.(sp)

RE: advice me please

Fear is usually about the memories from the past or the worries about an imagined future, When I start to go there, I stop, breathe deeply and say to myself, "are you okay right now, in this moment? how about now? Now?" I keep asking and breathing until I feel more centered and present in this moment. There is no past and there is no future there is only now. If you are thinking about the past you are thinking about it now. If you are imagining a future you are doing it now. It is all NOW.

RE: One cup of tea

Mr. Pitts, you crack me up!laugh laugh laugh

RE: My recent online experiences

Darling Thaddeus, I have a feeling Miss. Bronte is about the last woman on this site to need rescuing. I am so entertained every time you post something. You have a brilliant imagination!! The scenarios you play out are so dramatic!!! Maybe you should go write scripts for soap operas.
