This economy is a big pyramid scheme. The only winners are the ones who are at the top. The bailouts are not being paid off by big business, they will be owed by the taxpayer. The bottom line is greed. Greed greed greed. This is a debt driven economy. And the chickens or little red hens are coming home to roost.
Good poem, B38! Very revealing. Not going to get you any dates, but at least it is honest.
It would be an interesting to take this poem and turn it upside downI May be an eye opener.
Example:
Making friends is easy. And not trying to find a girlfriend is even easier Everyday, I don't try to talk to girls, They love giving me no problems I don't try to get a girlfriend All they do is say yes I don't try to get along with the girls just fine But I find out most are so kind. I believe, I felt sympathy For all those who had no problems with me. The lovers always tell me truth But I was the one who put the tears in their eyes. I make them feel like they're on a one way street moving in the right direction And since they love me They always wanted a connection This makes me strong Since I am never on this one way street They'll make their move too soon And love will get ahead But I did not learn from this one way street I learned to let anyone take advantage of me.
This is called "the turn around" Byron Katie, The Work. It sometimes may help us to see how we are sabotaging our own happiness by putting the responsibility back where it belongs...with us. Whenever we place blame on another or out there, we feel disempowered and then resentful, unable to change our circumstances. But attitude is everything. Must change from the inside and watch the outside reflect our attitudes back to us.
Miss Melodyy...busted his butt! When I read the heading of the blog, I thought...."I hope you all know I'm always for you...sending me cash, getting me a greencard, etc.
Women's bodies are beautiful in all shapes and sizes. Besides, standards of beauty change from time to time. Most women, I think, have to do too much to stay as thin as is popular these days. Who created that standard of beauty? Not hetero men, that's for sure. Fashion designers who want human hangers walking their clothing down the runway created "thin is in".
Everyone, no matter what their natural figure, ought to feel good about themselves.
