Hey there lass I believe everything in moderation is the way to be,i like to keepfit too but wouldnt do it more than 4 times a week,i gave up smoking and i only drink alcohol once a week..i havent had a sickie from work in nearly 15 years...i feel good..long may it last..i hope all is grand with you jode..
Hey there lass Thats the beauty of the internet sites,folks can say any old thing,for some folks thats their way of life as they lack the confidence to talk to folks face to face,its real easy to beef oneself up behind a screen,at least you havent let you're experience put you off,i would miss reading you're blogs..

Jeez lass,how awful,have you no oil of cloves at home,if you put some clove oil on cotton wool and sit it on tooth,helps to ease the pain a little..
