RE: Enemy Y?

confused

Sometimes I wounder if anyone knows what I'm talking about.

RE: Enemy Y?

Yes and no.

You sure are a man of few words. I kind of like that.

Yes, we all compete for the same resources, including woman. So in that way, yes we are enemies.

No, if we are from the same clan, we usually unite and work together for the betterment of the clan. So in this way, no we are not enemies.

Jamil, why do you ask, are you not feeling the love?

Considering it's a singles website, and you don't seem to have many cyber friends here at the moment to be your 'clan', maybe you should take the criticism as a compliment if you buy into my theories.

RE: Photography By Yours Truely

I like 1,2,3 and parts of 4. I'd like to combine number 1 with number 3 and myself somewhere in there.

Blogger is cute too. I'm wondering if that is her daughter or herself at a younger age.

Would you just look at what life has to offer...

RE: seeking my shirt

I bet this is the guy I've heard about with "buns of steel". To keep 10k happy, please put on a G sting and show us. I will be eagerly awaiting your response.

RE: WERE NOT PERFECT

See 10k, your too humble. You have a good sense of humor.

I demand perfect girls because I am a prince, or wait, I am a night in shining armorconfused I can't remember now. Old age does that to a man.

Oh, I just remembered, I'm a truck driver. That is why I demand prefect girls.

RE: college

Acquiring knowledge is never a waste. For me it has entertainment value as well. Hard to put a price on it's value sometimes, and it's not always in dollars and cents, but it's never a waste. I just think some people are talked into it by "salesmen", promising it to be a cure all, if you just sign on the bottom line. Lot's of money on the line in these business deals. Most of my siblings have gone to college and it has been a good financial investment for them. I have a couple that it hasn't, but when I visit with them, I can see no difference in their "value" as a human being.

RE: Houston, we have a problem

Emily, it is what I would call a "playful joke". Nobody seriously thinks you and 111 are anything more then friends. CT was actually giving you a compliment by including you in the playful joke.

RE: seeking my shirt

Still single. Does that answer your question? By my persistence has not faltered. I signed up for match.com. I was surprised there were a number of locals on there. I read some reviews of dating sites. Not interested in cupid anymore. Nothing jumping out at me, but I bought the 6 month package. I'll be patience. And I won't stop there. It's important to me to find a lover/freind, and I will give it my all, and use the experience I've gained from my past.

How about you. What are you doing on the road? Don't tell me you bought a semi truckdoh Utah, beautiful country up there. I remember the first time I went out west, my jaw was hanging from my mouth most of the ride. Beauty. Emotions. That's what makes life worth living.

RE: seeking my shirt

Miss Vapplause

Yeah he is something. I like the one joke on the old blog where a woman said his wife was like a straight jacket. Something like that. He had a different title too. It was funny.

I give him credit for trying. I notice most of the shirtless guys don't get many comments. I think this guys title did it for him. I guess it's a bit transparent, pardon the pun, as to their character. But hey, a lot of girls dig it, if it works for him, he's a fool not to use it.

RE: Houston, we have a problem

I have a book at home my brother gave me about communication. It's not a long book. I never read the whole thing, most of it seemed like common sense and to me. Stuff about the importance of being a good listener and building trust with your audience. I guess you could call the book, the art of manipulation by communication. lol I've always been more of just a freelance guy. Improvise.

But it sure is a powerful tool. Communication that is. Lack of it, really limits possibilities. I sure could have used better skills when I was younger. I'm sure we can all say that.

RE: Houston, we have a problem

melodyy, I agree about conversation in person, but the opposite can be true sometimes too. If you have time to collect your thought and arrange them carefully your message maybe more effective. I think there can be benifits both ways. And then there is documentation associated with writing. It can be reread to completely understand it better. I've walked away from a number of conversations confused wishing I could hear it again.

But, person to person, both relaxed, maybe some coffee, a good topic, comfortable environment, priceless.

RE: Houston, we have a problem

Oh I didn't read that right. Maybe I need to study your blog. You were clear, I read it wrong.help

RE: Houston, we have a problem

You know what gocart, you bring up an interesting point. Because just like people can misinterpret the meaning depending on what their mind is thinking at the time of reading, often the author inadvertently can signals different meanings other then what the words say at face value that he writes. But that is a different subject. But I love the topic. It's about how the mind works. The subconscious.

Just so there is no misunderstanding 111, your blog is very clear and on topic. I've had this conversation with others, especially with email being used so much in business. People get the wrong impression because there is no "tone", like during a verbal conversation. You touched on all the points about how important it is to understand each other, to understand each other's writing, at times.

Now I'm babbling and not living up to my word, Good night.

RE: Houston, we have a problem

No, he's not depressed. He just knows when to quite while he is ahead...

I'm taking his cue, since he seems to be quite wise.

I'm going now too. I don't want to ruin the little I have.

Good night.

RE: seeking my shirt

RE: Houston, we have a problem

See, it was/is obvious.

I wanted to say on your mojo blog, how many billions of people are here and have been here and passed. No two were ever exactly alike. Never. Think of the odds. There is only one 111 that will ever be...hey, that's depressing.
