Special thank you, Minerva for your thoughtful comment. I am lucky to have had a spiritual teacher who has made me draw out the very essence of the things that made me not healthy. ( I called it spiritual slice and dice, lol) and I have thought and prayed a lot. No one knows themselves better than themselves...most people tend to ignore the flaws within without eliminating them. Self improvement comes from within and one must first acknowledge they have a problem, work diligently to improve themselves.....first we must have peace to do that.
Thank you, Ken. I have decided to buy new tires, instead!!! I could not carry all that stuff-it is an old truck; I had a nicer vehicle last year before someone totaled it by running into me...fighting the insurance then my lawyers have taken over!!

I have gotten mellower but my kids have not, yet!!! My sister, Antionette, is mad at me for calling her a Red APple for dying her hair blonde and getting blue contacs and says she never wishes to talk to me again...though she goes and visits my son in Washington....on and on..lol.
