i used to drink them during work to keep me alert but found out i couldnt sleep all night after it.. lol
sleepy time tea by celstial seasons is suppose to be good for helping with sleep naturally..also the excedrin pm is good too.

I realize a lot of us dont want to be alone and if we find someone attractive we hope it will work out but obviously your situation wont work out..
Stop thinking about what his crazy ex thinks and dont give her the satisfaction of knowing she is getting to you.
In my opinion the guy is not in love with you if he dumped you on your birthday..I think it is quite cruel.

I work mostly late evening hours so I suffer sometimes from insomnia..They have things on the market like "excedrin PM" that seems to work for me..You dont need to have a headache to take it and it has something in it that helps you get drowsy..I dont like to take those all the time though so they also have a natural tea called "sleepy time" in the grocery store..I forgot the name of the tea brand though..Could look in your local store and find out.. I hope this helps you..

I'm sorry to hear of your disappointment.
I too have had a few heartbreaking breakups with men i met online and realize it is better for me to not rush into anything, get to know them very well, make sure they are in "love" with me and had enough time to see if he is acting or really seriously being himself.
It is too easy to get hurt and I personally dont like pain.
So for me it is better to be safe than sorry.
Hopefully you will meet one that will stand the test of time and it will work out.
Dont worry about what that guys ex is thinking, he doesnt sound like he was the right one to give your feelings to and its better to find that out sooner than later.
Wouldnt it have been worse to have lived with him or married him and had her ruin it?

The reason it is difficult for some people to find a soulmate online is because there are many people using the internet for other reasons than dating or meeting a soulmate.
It is possible to find one though..Just have to dig past all the bad ones to find that good one..

It still amazes me some people refuse to hear what another person tells them..I told that idiot on the phone I wasnt the type to put out easily and I wanted a guy who knows how to show respect..He must have just mouthed words to me he thought I wanted to hear so he could meet me..I suppose he must think he is all that and can get what he wants anyways? LOL...He found out he was wrong after meeting me.. I'm glad you got a laugh though out of some of our bad date stories..

Rushing into anything can have bad results.
It's better to take your time and get to know someone and let their actions show you how they are in time.
Most of us want to have everything right now, I think it might be human nature to not exercise patience but if we learn self control then we have better long term results.

too many people think just saying nice things are gonna work but after they show how they really are by bad actions the nice talk becomes less attractive.

yes viveksinha trust is important in a relationship but it should be earned first.
blind trust and giving it out too soon can lead to heartache or disappointment if its given to the wrong person.
many people can lie for awhile and put on a act..The true test is time getting to know them and see if they are trustworthy.

Have you ever been to the u.s? Im suprised at how many foreigners assume things about the states when they havent even visited here yet..
My opinion is divorce is becoming a world wide problem, not just one in the states.
The reason for this is too many temptations in the world and I blame the media for this anything goes attitude and selfishness.
Religion used to be one of the foundations to hold marriages and familys together but in todays world, too many people seem to be more interested in money and other things.
I personally think it is sad that the human race seems to be losing touch with what life should be like.

Ok Trifon..Now I see what the problem is..Your picking women much younger and getting the same results..Not saying you should pick someone older either..Just saying a lot of men do that, they pick a female 10, 20 or even 30 years younger and expect that girl to be as mature at her age as he is.
She is most likely looking for a guy her age or possibly even younger and you fit in for a month inbetween them?
Ive met men who were 40 and crying about some 25 year old he married who he caught in "his" bed with another guy her own age.
Dont know what to tell ya here but it sounds like you want a girl much younger than yourself and are gonna have a hard time finding one who will be mature or like guys older?
I would suggest you date a girl at least 30 who has proven she knows what she wants, before you start getting your hopes up.
For me, I wont take any guy seriously online unless hes dated me for minimum 3 months and proves hes real and not a player..Good luck in your search..

Ok I noticed you just changed your age group to 28 to 38 and even though thats a bit more mature age than 18 at least it still is a age group where the females can still have children and seeing you dont want anymore, it might create a problem if the women are wanting children..Plus at your age of 49 it still is a 20 year age differernce for a 28 year old and i would guess most of them wouldnt date a guy almost 50..You put on your profile you just looking for some fun times and alot of women including older ones are tired of men going on dating sites looking for just fun..You said on your blog you wondered where all the ladies were and thats in my opinion asking whats up, so I thought I would just put some of my own female opinion on here to respond to that question..
