Some of us Americans were not spoiled by our parents and had to grow up fast.

My mom was strict, she made me and my sister work for a allowance and when we turned 13 she made us go out and get work to pay for our school clothes..My dad made good money and could easily afford our clothes, but my mom wanted to make me and my sister see the real way life is..??

Sometimes I almost resent her for being so hard on us, but I think it has made me a stronger woman for it.

@Vangelia.. A little jealousy is healthy and natural for either or both partners when they are in love and might feel slightly threatened by someone else.

The problem is if a person makes that jealousy obsessive and out of control and or is not in a relationship with someone they are jealous over..Then they are like the fatal attraction movie, bunnie boiler type and that is "not" natural behaviour..Those are the type of people who seriously need some psyc help because they never learned how to deal with rejection.

I agree Morgen..Sometimes family enviornment can mold how a person becomes as a adult.

On the other hand, we as adults can find love within ourselves as well as with a mate and not focus on what short comings a parent we think didnt fulfill.

It all depends on us what type of person we choose to want to be like.

I dont know why women worry about guys like that.
For me if a man dumped me and fell in love with another woman in 2 weeks, it would tell me I seriously need to forget him and move on.

Why waste your time with a man like that? It is not worth the wasted time and drama. He is obviously not right for the one he dumped.. Maybe she can find a better man and no drama? But to be fair to this man, I havent heard his side of the story.

Maybe the lady he dumped isnt right for him either? Or shes some kind of Psyco? If she isnt leaving him alone after all of this, its obvious something might be also wrong with her.

I love water..Especially the ocean..It is full of beauty. I love the way the water sounds splashing against the beach and how it looks during the day and at evening.

For me when I'm stressed out or feeling down, looking at the beautiful nature of this world gives me a reason to build strength and keep myself from letting things get to me too much.

V, physical attraction is probably what everyone notices when they first meet, but if someone's personality is bad that ruins it..

I've met some very attractive men in my life and it means nothing to me if they are not a good person.
Some women get away with bad behaviour simply because of her looks..Then after the relationship breaks up, they guy thinks all women are like that and wonders why his relationship didnt work.

Women have also done this mistake too when they get with a man who isnt nice..Beauty is only on the outside.
Real beauty starts from within.

I've lowered my standards in the past and I found out it doesnt work.. Unless both people are happy with each other, your probably not going to have a sucessful relationship.

ya i get flower messages too..i think its sweet and it also could be those guys buy real ones too for a lady.

a german guy i met 4 years ago was able to send 2 flowers for free on online messages but he was so stingy he never even set those free ones. lol

Jim.The spots on those animals are like that cat but this cat is so tiny, its like 1/10 th the size of those..

well i have to say though, that leopard looking cat is way too tiny to hurt a human..its very small..even if someone fattened it up it wouldnt ever get big enough to do any serious damage. its got tiny little teeth too.

The black cat in my buildint is spade..so the leopard looking cat cant mate with it, but my guess is one of these days another cat in the neighborhood will.. this leopard looking cat keeps yelling every night all night long..you probably can hear it in the next neighborhood it yells so loud.

ya but its small..looks in the face like a regular cat and body is very small, but has leopard spots..ya she said its a mixed breed, but ive never seen one like this untill she bought it.

she said it has natural wild tendencies and the cat refuses to stay indoors..ive seen it hunt birds too and caught one.
she feeds it but aparantly it likes live food once in awhile.

ya jim..whats up with cats wanting to mate under cars or near them? this one is a mixed breed cat that has leopard spots and looks like a regular cat with leopard spots.

aparantly the lady paid a big amount of money for this cat but its wild as all get out. yep, every night it does its usual cat yelling..one other lady in my building has a large black female cat that was spade..i think the leopard cat is trying to call it out to mate. lol

In my neighborhood there is a cat with a collar on it that a lady owns and every night starting around 8 pm that cat hides under a car in the parking lot and starts yelling loud off and on for hours.

It has a owner but keeps doing this every night. She said it has a wild streek and the cat refuses to stay indoors..so she lets it roam around all day and night..I guess it comes in when it wants to be fed though. Right now its outside doing its usual yelling off and on..This goes on untill at least 3 am every night.

ya jim but i cant rescue all the animals there..plus with my work, im sometimes gone for 15 hours..i live in a condo too and they keep changing the rules here. plus the cost of if anything needs to be done at the vets..Being single, im totally supporting myself..if i was rich i would of course take a few of those cute animals home..my family took two kittens from the shelter and so did some of their friends.

i like animals but i feel they deserve a good home with people who have the time to take proper care of them.

Virgo.. your cat must be big as a house if it needs that much food.. I think its sweet though that you take good care of it.

Awww, ya jim those poor animals who are left in shelters makes me wonder why people get pets and then later leave them.

Animals have feelings too and if raised as puppies or kittens they look at the human who raised them like its their parent.

I cant go into a pet shelter because I would want to take home half of them. lol.. Cant do it right now because with my work, im too busy to be able to be a good pet owner.

kas14,Sounds to me like you have problems with both of these men..If I were you, I would not make a quick decision and take a little more time to figure out if either of these two can work as a full time relationship.

Or you could have a talk with each of them and ask them if they could change the things your having problems with them?
Sounds to me like the guy who isnt divorced yet, might still be having feelings for his ex wife or isnt really getting a divorce and is seeing you on the side?

I personally would probably lean more towards letting the babies dad more of a chance because he "is" the dad of your child.

The other guy is not living with you and things sometimes can change while living with someone..Its always easy for a friend or boyfriend to bring treats to a child who is not their own and look like hes just so great, but in a living environment together it might not be the same..So dont be too influenced by his doing those things, it doesnt mean he loves your child, he could be doing it to soften you up.
