I believe any body shoud be free to worship the religion they want or no one at all. It's a very personal matter. Thus I agree with you that State and Church should go on different path. Too often we have been forced into a religion when we were 5 or 6 years old and thus we had no real ability to choose.
Personally with all due respect I find religions a bit too intrusive of my personal freedom and mind indipendence with the clear object of manipulating my thoughts and behaviours.
With all due respect I dont see why e.g. in Christianity someone I ve never met ,should try to convince me that he died for me 2000 y ago and therefore now I should feel guilty all my life and do as he wants just to make it up. But as i said It 's a freeworld ,anyone can worship what they please as long as dont harm others.
ohh come on I think the majority of men on this site would never show even a finger without the other party's consent. Personally i think only an idiot would do such a thing, but as idiots are part of this society ,online and offline ,here we are... I know that we get bad examples from women too sometimes ,and this only shows that stupidity is not men's monopoly , but we have to share it ........
you cannot prevent people from having their opinion for how wrong you think they are.As far as I am concerned I 'am 100% with you ,but I 'd rather stay in a place where all opinion are permitted rather than where there's someone who decide what is fair and what is wrong. In that case i would watch tv for example, but we all know how information are filtered on TV.Same applies to newspapers.So...
What you feel it's not uncommon ,quite the opposite. We humans tend to want it all ,we want freedom but like commitment, eat a lot and being thin, earn packs of money and have free time. Unfortunately life is about making choices, set priorities and learn how to reconcile the opposites. And then cash in on or pay the price...
it 's been a pleasure to know you and I think the all Cs community will miss your smart and wise comments. Hope to see you around again sooner or later
that brings me to my point .How much we miss the time when we could enjoy ourself freely , just for the sake of it ...without thinking too much, rationally .That's what a miss most sometimes.
I was not wrong , you are a delightful communicator, warm and to the point. And then ,Wanuka, the class is not water even if it is only a few lines on a dating site. And you know pretty well that , dont you ? Great meeting you..........for now
Hey Andy ! see you doing well. Talking about goals and motivations there's a lot of stuff available on youtube, this is one for you to check out(and tell me what you think if you like):
