I doubt many will think ill of you but merely realise it’s the problem of not enough members, in your own area, to choose from on the site. I’d happily date you… your pics are great but the distance is the problem. I’ve been to Leatherhead several times… the journey back on the M25, Sunday is a nightmare!
I've since found another two profiles that I match perfectly and meet contact requirements, yet I'm told I can't contact them.... so it's not a one-off example.

Xonia, It’ s probably someone who doesn’t realise their settings are blocking mail and never looks at the filter box, some people like to ‘window shop’ or ‘people watch’ and don’t intend getting in touch. Some are possibly shy and are hoping you’ll make the first move if they keep looking…. But when you do their settings might not be right for you to communicate with them.
All very frustrating!
P.S. I’ve just checked your contact requirements and been told I have to be a woman to get in touch with you!
But I do meet your requirement and can message you… all very weird; I’m beginning to think there’s a real problem here.
Amy, When I set up my profile a long time ago, since I actually wanted to meet someone and not just send messages endlessly, I must have blocked communication with South-East Asia-2 (China) and Africa (South Africa), as I doubted the possibility of finding anyone compatible in those areas.
Looking at these settings at a later date, I thought these were the areas CS recommended westerners to block…. Not so.
Thanks Ellie, I know you haven't... I've taken a look at your settings and they look very sensible! I looked at one profile and found she'd blocked all other women from contacting her!

You could’ve easily spent the weekend with a decent bloke; a drive out to Buxton, a nice meal somewhere, a look round Castleton, a walk across the fields at Hope - holding hands in the drizzle! You’re not picky are you? How about next weekend?
