Anger is not necessarily always bad, it just exists and its what you do with it that makes it good or bad.
A person can get angry at a injustice and in turn, uses that anger to change it. In that case, anger results in a positive.
On the other hand, a jealous lover see's their partner just talking to someone else, gets angry and hits their partner. In this case, anger results in a negative.
There are some who control their anger well and others not so much. Its our ability to deal with it that ultimately determines whether its good or bad.
Sometimes we need to vent anger so it don't build up and explode. Other times, we need to cap it off so we don't do something we will regret because of.
Lots can be discussed about this, there are so many variables that you would need a book to discuss it all.
Anger is one of the basic primal emotions that everyone will feel at some point. The trick is in how you deal with it. You either control it or it controls you.
Life only comes around once and we never know what will happen so make the most of what we have and don't be afraid to live in the moment because the moment will never come around again.
We are always learning as we live. Even if we think we have already learned something, always be prepared to relearn because things can change, often when you least expect it.

Jack was returning to work Monday morning with two black eyes. His workmates were understandably curious: "Jack, what happened to you?!?" "It was the darndest thing! I was at church yesterday, and this woman stood up in front of me. You know how a dress can get stuck in the crack of a womans butt? It looked funny and I figured she wouldn't like that, so I just reached over and pulled it out with a little tug. Next thing I know, she spins around and socks me one!"
"Jeez, you got TWO black eyes in one blow?"
"Naw. After she turned back around, I figured she was angry that I pulled the dress out of her crack, so I tried to poke it back in..."
Three ducks appeared in court one day for causing a disturbance at the park. As the ducks approached the stand, the judge called the first duck up and ask his name and what he was doing that day. The duck replied "my name is Huey and I was in and out of puddles all day."
"Very good" said the judge as he told the duck to step down and called up the 2nd duck and asked him his name and what he was doing that day. "My name is Louie and I spent all day in and out of puddles."
The judge excused the 2nd duck and called on the third duck. The judge said "let me guess, your name is Dewy, right?"
"NO" growled the 3rd duck, "My name is Puddles and don't ask me about that day."
