Hi Jana, Thanks for the info. I figured his blog couldn't have been that bad. It just seems a little extreme to me he was outright banned so fast with no warnings. And you're right, how do people know who reports? I don't think they do, it's just assumptions which can be dangerous.
Hey Diamond, Probably would be a good idea unfortunately.
@Tatami I think the top 3 were all really good and they will do well in record sales so doesn't really matter who won. But Jessica to be that good at 16 is amazing. Maybe being so young it is good she didn't win.
I agree with Sur! It's the public that decides. Jessica had the great power voice (which I'm bored of those types even though they can sing well). On the other hand Phillip was the complete package. Had a great voice, played the guitar and could change the songs and make them his own. He was the all around artist. I give props for that. So the right person won! Yay! I was shocked cause I thought everyone would go for the power voice but they didn't! Maybe America is finally learning it's about artistry too! I think Joshua will appeal to R&B/Gospel listeners but he won't go mainstream. Skylar will do well in country. I liked Colton but he only made it mid way through. I actually thought it was the most boring Idol ever.
I can't figure out why he was banned as he seemed like a nice guy and real. I wasn't on the blogs earlier in the day though. Maybe something happened in another part of the site.
@Jana I think if you meet on the blogs you should keep it quiet. If you've been together 4-6 months and it seems the relationship is working, then maybe say something if you really want to esp if you don't feel like hiding it anymore and are confident it's going to last. If it doesn't work out than just be pleasant to one another if you meet on the blogs or you can avoid them if you don't want to deal with the awkwardness.
@Choco How do you do that? I was trying to figure it out a few weeks ago. Thought maybe it wasn't possible. Anyway, I feel the same. Silly to be friends without any initial contact. Email me first! I almost wrote that on my profile but why bother. And yes I don't feel great I ignore it but it's stupid. Only thing it's good for is to easily email a friend without having to search for them online or to look at past emails with them esp if it's been a while cause their email will get buried in the history and eventually deleted. I guess if it gets to that point you're really not friends.
@Jana That VH song was a major single here around 1987. Your vid is pretty good as well. I will admit I had never heard of them before until you started talking about them. They just played here the other night and I thought about you!
Errr...my computer is not liking your blog Jana lol!
@Bsooner I'm surprised by that cause he put on a great performance on Oprah where I saw him the first time and also when you look on youtube vids. I was gonna say maybe he had an off night but you said you saw him twice. Hmmm....I still think I'd go and see them if they came here. Btw, I lurrrve that Night Ranger song!
This is feeling the love like Brian May. (Btw, you read my blog right, about how I met Paul Rodgers? He may be 60 but hell he looked good that day when I saw him. He was very stylish!)
P.S. If you look at more of these vids of the FF you will find them performing with members of Led Zep!
There is another one of this song where he's standing in the middle of the crowd but I can't find it! This is just as good.
RE: single or not single???
Well it works for some, just some aren't in it wholeheartedly!
