I know in hockey you can take a puck to the chest in between heart beats and it can kill you. I guess this would happen if you are suffering from fibrillation (abnormal heart beat).

Jiri Fisher from the Detroit Red Wings in 2004 collapsed on the bench from fibrillation and was dying when luckily they were able to use the defibrillator recently installed in the hockey arena.

I know the 16 year old basketball player had an enlarged heart.

@hapyfeet This happens far too much in young men involved in sports. I see it a lot in hockey and recently a couple basketball players. One guy had a heart attack and died just after his winning shot. Only 16 years old. I really think programs need to be put in place to monitor and check their hearts. I knew 2 guys in high school who collapsed playing soccer and died. It is very traumatizing for the team. I feel for the guys in the video.

Always be respectful and courteous! (Some guys don't have that skill though). Doesn't matter if she asked you out first. She isn't one of the guys! You don't have to pull her chair out, give up your seat on the bus (hopefully you aren't taking the bus lol!) if you don't want to. But it might score brownie points. Anyway, just be yourself. But isn't the whole gentleman thing just to woo her? I mean after you get her then you do the 'bait and switch'!
