fitness doesn't really have much to do with body weight..I'm 6ft 1 and 100kgs and am fit yes and most importantly to me I'm strong..I feel strong..I can lift big and I get a sense of pleasure from that..good natural buzz..I think if I was any lighter I'd feel weak or any heavier It would be too much..happy the way I am now

63 years is still a fair crack at it..I don't think he would have done the what he did at say 30..he lived a good life..plenty of money..most likely did everything he wanted to do..fair play to him for ending it before it got very messy

city or Chelsea will win it ..utd will never be the same again..fergie made a team of average players play out of their skin..i don't think any other manager has that ability not even van gaal..they'll struggle to fnish top 4..same with liverpool without suarez they are not a top 4 team

He was an alcoholic in the early stages of parkinsons...His quality of life would have nose dived..better to be die quickly by hanging than die a horribly slow and painful death of parkinsons

E tabs can leave you with permanent depression...steer clear of them..I took them when I was younger too and had a great time..the next day is pure hell..a horrible dirty comedown..weed in moderation is alright..no harm smoking a joint every now and again..overall drugs don't work..the best way to live your life in healthy food and plenty of exercise..look after yourself not pump toxins inside you

I only ever had 1 profile on the go at any 1 time..using 2 or more profiles at the same time would have been a headache..you'd really want to be hungry for it wouldn't you..it doesn't appeal to me..did you cut your grass..must have been some effort for you
