You can only grow tomato and cucumber in green houses here, no fruits!
The heating COSTs for running a green house are so high, so there are not many green houses left. It's cheaper to buy Dutch or Spanish tomatoes! That's reality!
Southern part of Sweden has 2 months longer growing season, they grow apples, cherries etc in south. Some berries can be grown here too. But we do have wild berries!
I worked as a farm trainee on the prairie in Alberta in my younger days. I work in the agr. field as a professional.
We only grow hey, oats, barley, potatoes and some vegetables up here in north. Unfortunately is too cold for fruits here. We have winter half of the year!

I don't envy you Americans, having such a great candidates to chose among!It's easier in a "King" country, where the king is the king as long as he lives!
