Northern part of the country isn't the most pleasant place to live in. In wintertime you need lots of clothes and also make sure you eat vitamin D (not too much sunshine in the winter). In the summertime you need to cover yourself for the mosquitoes! Life is tough!
Guzman, I can understand the Spanish people. Why suffer in cold and darkness, when you've such a wonderful climate. Nordic citizens go south for vacation; Spain and Greeze are popular destinations. I never think of the darkness, since I've grown up here.
No, it's nothing for me. I'm not prepared to break up from everything and start all over again in a new country/culture; it's like learning ABC from scratch again. I don't believe it'll work to see each other couple of times a year either.
I wish all people good luck, who are prepared to take that step.
It's essential for all countries. We're all dependant on each other! no country can close its borders for foreign trade, not even USA. The only country that doesn't seem to be dependant on any country is North-Korea; a country where the people are suffering.
This is just the way is on CS. You have a variety of people coming together; everyone has a different opinion about everything. This is an international forum, with people from all over the world, different cultures, and different individuals. I guess this is just a mirror of our society. There’s bound to be conflicts every now and then. Not all people no how to behave with a good manner.
If you start a thread with a sensitive subject, you need also to be able to stand criticism. People, who hide posts, don’t usually get very popular here. That’s just the way it is.
