I'm a woman, but do not agree with your generalization. I think it could be difficult to approach a man with that attitude. If you're lucky and find someone, I doubt it will ever last forever. Open up and be more positive!

Yes, I'm careful and thoughtful whenever posting anything on the threads. I only post when I think my opinion would matter and I'm always myself whenever posting, sometimes more joke full and sometimes more serious. This is how I'm in real life as well.
We're all different I guess. It wouldn't be possible travelling around in a camper here in northern Europe. Our winter is 6 months long. I guess not many people have the option doing like you. Is there any place or city that feels more like “home” for you?
My humor is a big part of me. Without humor, your life must be very boring. Humor makes you in a better mood and I think you're a happier person too, if you have humor. SHARE some of your humor and you make other people in a better mood!
Maybe the expectations were too high! There’s so much that has to feel right, chemistry etc and not to forget two different cultures. The man in this case was from another country and had a second thought and didn’t want to leave his country. Perhaps he was using the lady! Are you sure he wasn’t married in his home country? Did he have a picture posted at CS? She should be more careful in the future. There will never be any guarantees whenever meeting someone through a dating site. I’m sure the woman will meet someone meant for her, perhaps not through CS.
No, it’s not true. Well, younger women perhaps, but I don’t blame them, because they don’t have much of experience. Life has thought many of us older women to value other things than just beauty, maturity for instance. The beauty inside a man is a lot more important than the height and appearance.
