For the record, I don't see the fault from a partisan perspective. It took a lot of moves, and for that matter, lack of oversight, to get to where we are today.

Agreed. A lot of people wanting something for nothing, and driving up prices for people that actually wanted to buy and live in a home. Sure there's more to it, but I agree.
