I'm sure that I'll get used to it again. At least the display comes up with the "chord" you're playing which helps, whether its like D major or minor. It's the black notes that will flumux me as in B flat or C sharp etc. lol. I've got the stickers now to help me. It's been a long time but I'm sure I will master it again. It was always a "stress reliever" banging out on those keys
I very much doubt that Gally. I remember the British Invasion to the States. I was only a toddler then but I had taken my 1st steps by then. My older siblings made me listen to their music when I was a kid, which wasn't a bad thing. I'll always be grateful to them may they R.I.P. I followed on and even my 14 year old granddaughter "who is autistic" knows everything about The Beatles so I'm a happy bunny
I have a Technics KN2000 Keyboard that I bought way back in the 90's. I only used it for home use. I learned to play it by myself but then had a tutor to teach me the "timing" on notes etc... I took it to Spain when I moved there 15 years ago but never even played it. I've brought it back to the Uk now and now determined to start playing it again. I still have the "floppy discs" that you can use for certain songs. They provide the "backing tracks" but if not I just use the sounds on the keyboard. I've still got all my musical books which I brought back. I'm not sure if I would remember the keys now so I've sent for some stickers to help me out. My favourite song that I used to play was "Phantom of the Opera" with a disco backing lol....
Do you really care? I personally don't even look at who's viewed me . Even my messages are mostly from scammers so I just block. Job done. I don't even look at profiles anymore..........
I'd still rather have Boris even with his fly away hair rather than that scumbag Corbyn who doesn't even have any hair to comb . He definitely spoiled the Labour Pary...........
Yep! can't beat a good mango chutney but only if it's finely cut. Goes great along with the yoghurt raita dip and the onion and tomato dip, lot's of poppadoms Followed by a lovely Indian Curry yummy
I''m not against any Naturist Beaches as long as they state that they are a Naturist Beach. Spain has them all over the place. It's common over there. As for me personally. Nah! it's not something that I would like to see.
I watch "Naked Attraction" on TV and that's enough for me
I loved Salem's Lot. Great movie. Watched both IT movies, the original and the remake. Watch The Last House on the Left, 1972 and 2009 remake. I Spit on your Grave the original is good too.
Wolf Creek, supposedly based on a true story is brilliant and weird at the same time.....
I hate the fact that some Americans love to call us Brits " Islanders" that's very insulting to me. It's like me calling all Americans a "yank"
As for bringing "you know who" into it. I personally thought he is a good man. He has his principles like we all do but because of many complaints, he probably might of got banned Far worse people on here that still get away with it day after day and certain people that love to dwell in it and make it worse.
You live and learn after being on this site for over 15 years
Yes, I totally agree with you rohaan. We live and learn through our experiences. I've learned to take things with a pinch of salt now There are a few wonderful people here on CS
I've had a bad 8 months re certain things so when I feel a bit down, I play this song. It keeps me going and the lyrics are brilliant
Thank you rohaan. I'm not trying to preach to you but having been on this site for over 15 years your'e not going to get the answers you want to hear, I'll leave it at that +
I've suffered from insomnia for the past 8 months Living with my daughter and family Sleeping on a settee since I moved back from Spain to the UK. It wasn't easy as I'd spent 15 years in Spain but I needed to come back to my roots. I'm finally moving into my own little place on the 29th Everything will be new again but hopefully will adjust. At least I'll have my computer instead of a bloody mobile phone
