Not knowing if a female or male will reply I'll say that if it's a female, I will kid and joke with her. If it's a male, I'll kid and tease him but not on the internet.
I would never tell a man his love making didn't meet my expectations.......unless he asked me. And I definitely wouldn't tell him that he was too heavy. I met a men from CS who told me in email that he lost a lot of weight. When I met him he was still obese and I was surprised but he never knew that it bothered me. In fact, I kept seeing him for about a month until other problems came about. I don't have a perfect body so I'm not in a position to tell someone else that they are overweight. When we accept people for how they think and how they treat others then we will have a better chance of finding the right match.
Pounds can be lost but personalities don't change.
I know the minute I see him, before he even says a word. The way he dresses, body language, eye contact and his manners all tell me if I even want to order the coffee, but I always do just to be polite. Coffee dates are an excellent way to screen if you want to see the person again.
Even if someone isn't telling a lie, do you actually believe everything that someone tells you? Is everything a lie if it isn't what you think it should be?
When it comes to relationships I prepare myself that there will be lies. And it depends on what the lie is about whether I see him again. If he says he's single and I find out he's married, that's a reason to dump him. If he says he weighs 200 pounds and when I meet him he really weighs 240......I don't care.
I respect myself but I still tell lies that aren't meant to hurt someone. I expect there to be lies in everything.....whether it be the guy who sells me a car or the salesgirl who says those jeans don't make me look fat.
However, I think it's important not to fool yourself into thinking the important things don't matter. If you see traits in your potential partner that you know you can't compromise on, but still want to take the chance on him/her, you'll only find yourself on the prowl again when it all goes downshill.
I think it's necessary right now with so much turmoil still going on. My guess is that 100 years from now you'll be able to walk in there just like any other park.
I forgot to mention that they planted trees that are planted in perfect unison.
The most important tree in there is one that survived when the buildings fell which they nurtured back to health. It's a good feeling to know that a living thing that was there on Sept. 11th will continue to grow where it once lived.
Since I'm in the library this YouTube video is only showing up as a red X. I hope you will be able to see it on your computer. I know you can't Jac.....but maybe others will see how beautiful, yet sad, the area is.
You're still thinking about him because you don't have a new lover to think about. Keep yourself busy with friends.....do things that require you to be with people. I broke up with someone seven years ago. He will always be in my head as a memory ONLY. Don't expect to completely forget about him. You will put him on the back burner when someone new comes into your life. Good luck to you.
This past Saturday I went to see the Memorial Pools where the Twin Towers once stood. It was extremely sad and very quiet there.
The pools were built on the footprints of the original Twin Towers that stood there for so many years. All the names of those who died on that day whether in the Towers, The Pentagon, a field in Pennsylvania, police, firemen and EMS are engraved on the marble edges around each Memorial.
All four sides of each pool has water running down the side which is then recirculated.
In order to keep the area from being overcrowded you need to make a reservation in advance of the date you want to go there. There is no charge.
Security is very heavy. First you go through a metal detector. Each person's reservation has a scanning bar on it. They scan it several times before you even get into the area and scan it again when you leave. Scanning it when you leave is for two reasons: One to see how long you stayed there and two, to make sure no one is hiding in there.
I had a hard time holding my emotions back. I did find it comforting to rub my hand over names like Jeremy Glick who organized the passengers on the flight to rush the pilot that was trying to fly the plane into Washington. He was successful in diverting it to a field in Pennsylvania.
I plan to go back when the Memorial Museum is finished which should be later on this year.
I can't imagine what it's like for someone who lost a loved one that day to go there and see that person's name engraved in the marble edges...
Hi Triggy....This computer was given to me by someone who had it in their office. The reason he wasn't using it anymore was because it was slow, there wasn't anything else wrong with it. When he gave it to me he didn't give me any discs so I can't reformat it and I'm not going to buy the software to do it. The computer is old and not worth the expense. Happy New Year Trig. I hope it's a good one for you..
"XP Internet Security 2012 is a variant of the 2012 name-changing rogue program that changes its name randomly depending on the version of Windows it is installed on. This guide will cover the variant of the 2012 name changing rogue called XP Internet Security 2012. This rogue is promoted in two ways. The first is through the use of fake online antivirus scanners that state that your computer is infected and then prompt you to download a file that will install the infection. The other methods are hacked websites that attempt to exploit vulnerabilities in programs that you are running on your computer to install the infection without your knowledge or permission."
"When installed, this rogue pretends to be a security update for Windows installed via Automatic Updates. It will then install itself as a single executable that has a random name consisting of three characters, such as ljy.exe that uses very aggressive techniques to make it so that you cannot remove it. First, it makes it so that if you launch any executable it will instead start the XP Internet Security 2012 rogue and state that the executable you initially wanted to run is infected. It will also modify certain keys to that when you launch Firefox or Internet Explorer from the Window Start Menu it will launch the rogue instead and display a fake firewall warning stating that the program is infected."
I'm going home to take the cover off the tower and smash everything inside to bits.
I was in the middle of writing a comment a couple days ago and very quickly got thrown off CS.
Then a message came that I was infected with 29 different viruses and it listed them. I knew it was a phoney because I don't do banking online.
It offered to clean the virus out for $39.99 but I was suspicious so I didn't do anything. Someone came to my house to clean it out but it turns out that what they were selling is the actual virus and it's locked in tight. I couldn't even get to any other websites or to Yahoo.
I am without a computer at home and am in the library now.
My daughter did some research and it turns out that this particular virus has been around for a long time. It's locked in and we can't get around it.
So you won't see me for a long time... ...just can't afford a new computer right now.
An aluminum pot would be the worse thing you could do. Buy a Calaphon pot that's coated with teflon. I have their pans and they are wonderful. You'll need to buy a spoon that is usable in teflon coated pans otherwise you will scratch the coating.
I have AVG and everyday it alerts me to "your computer is being corrupted". The only time I get the message is when I'm on CS and I'm beginning to wonder if certain posters have a virus imbedded in their comments. I know that's not a popular thing to say but it is what it is. A couple years ago I was on CS at work and got a major virus to the point that I had to tell the office manager what I was doing. That wasn't good for me, nor for the computer system at work because they had to get a virus doctor to clean it out which was costly. If I have to worry about someone on CS infecting my computer, I'll say goodbye to CS. As I think about it, it only happens when I'm in the forums, never in the puzzles. Makes me wonder even more now that I realize that.
There might be a couple reasons. Tapioca has a lot of sugar in it. If the heat was too high, that was most likely one of the reasons.
Probably the biggest reason is you didn't continually stir and stir and stir it to keep it from settling on the bottom of the pan. With all pudding, you have to keep stirring it so it doesn't burn.
RE: Tell a LIE,about the person above u!
She wears a nun's habit when she's not on CS..
