Im 149cm which is less than 4'11" and im happy with it though sometimes a bit jealous of taller girls hehe. But believe me, guys dont mind about height difference, even some guys think short girls are cute and easy to handle on bed ;)
it is clear that she's interested on you. and i think it's annoying that what she calls you during the working hours. if you like her too, tell her not to call during the day. if you don't, just ignore and she will be tired of calling you hehe. good luck! ;)
