My cat was insane for Mangoes. He would walk away from wet food for a fresh Mango. Bless his heart, I later found out certain cravings were signs of Sulfur deficiencies... iron deficiencies & other dietary shortcomings. By eating foods craved, the animals were, in essence self medicating.
Keeping in mind that dogs are NOT necessarily carnivores, but omnivores, I wouldn't worry one bit. Some of the best fresh or raw dog foods have peas, carrots, beans & other veggies in them.
