Molly, in the 1st video NASA astronaut Don Pettit admits the reason man never went back to the moon was..."Someone erased all the Apollo moon mission data..."
In the 2nd video NASA explains the reason for the Casseni probe was to gather data about the Van Allen radiation belts (and other studies) and how man can safely pass through them, because at the minute no one knows what will happen if man was to pass through it.
As things stand today, man can only fly in what is known as lower earth orbit.
