Obviously this is possible.... Take your point!! Just don't get why one person should "put themselves out there"...and another not...!!! It's debatable if this is " equal playing fields"....but each to their own... I respect that...!

Well....each one to their own of course...If your profile was down as long term (just say..!)....and got talking to a guy on a platonic level.....and a psychological bond is formed after a while....then you two met ( you being emotionally and physically attracted to him/ he only emotionally attracted to you)....can you imagine how hurt you'll be if it turns out he's not physically attracted....????....and had no clue what you looked like but turns out you're physically unmatched....!!!!
Don't get me wrong...it's just good to have "clue" as to who you chatting with.....ye the chat and banter more important....! For sure....!!!! But one has to be remotely physically attracted....!!!
So let's face it, guys are wired differently as most of us Ladies and Men know or suspect, we have to have "visual feedback".... ( in the bedroom too....she says: 'let's turn the light off...'We say : 'let's not...'!
I'm amazed at how many new members (woman) come onto CS with no pic....Us guys need to see a physical match, as well as the rest, but we hardly going to read the profile of a faceless member...are we ??!?
A lie on your profile is a lead-up to hurting yourself after that initial coffee-meet..as well as an insult to the potential partners intelligence....! So expect to have just the one meet and be blanked from then out ! Folk look for lies.....so if you think it's easier to lie than just be honest....you're the fool !
